Guidelines For Parents

  • Parents should ensure that their child observe punctuality, regularity and discipline.
  • Your ward is required to note down day-to-day homework throughout the year and the written work has to be kept by the student carefully. It is compulsory for every student to carry school diary daily.
  • Parents are requested to keep check on his / her work regularly. Parents should sign the comments given by the teachers on handbook and copies. They are welcome to given suggestions and opinion.
  • Parents must, by all means, attend the PARENTS TEACHER meeting to discuss with the teachers regarding the study of their children and to have a clear knowledge about their progress.
  • Parents to ensure that their child adheres to rules and regulation of the school.
  • Parents are not allowed to interview the teachers in classroom or in the staff room without the permission of the Principal. Those who wish to seek any information or any suggestion may do it during Parents Teachers Meeting.
  • Parents/Guardians must not go to classroom during the school hours nor do call them out of class. In case of any necessity they may contact at the office.
  • When the student is likely to be absent of illness for a long period, the Principal must be informed through an application for leave supported by Medical ... Certificate within a week, failing to do so will result in the childs’s name being removed from the school roll.
  • Principal or teachers may punish a student for habitual idleness, disobedience or misconduct, indiscipline etc. by suspension or removal from the class.
  • Criticizing the teachers in the presence of children is not allowed. In cases of any legitimate complaints the Principal must be contacted.
  • The children must be trained in self-help which will encourage them to work and study. They should be taught to keep their room neat and tidy, polish their own shoes, carry their bags etc. The development of such habits in early life will inculcate in them the dignity of work, a fundamental necessity for a successful career.
  • The school is not responsible for the safety of student after school hours. Necessary arrangements must, therefore, be made to take the children home after their classes.
  • Students are prohibited from bringing mobile phones, iPods, cameras and other electronic gadgets to school. Any such device found in a student's possession will be confiscated by school staff and submitted to the Principal's office. Confiscated items will be returned to parents/guardians at the end of the academic year.
  • In case of emergency, parents should take their ward personally from the school with the permission of Principal
